The VLT 2800 can be mounted on walls close to each other with side surfaces, since the blocks do not require cooling from the side surfaces. Due to the need for cooling, it is necessary to provide gaps of 100 mm above and below the housing of the frequency converter for the unobstructed passage of air.
VLT Micro Drive FC 51 is a frequency converter for general industrial applications, capable of controlling motors with a power of up to 22 kW. It is excellent for use in industrial installations and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
VLT HVAC Basic FC 101 is a simple and compact solution for HVAC systems and pumps. By limiting the power range to 90 kW, reducing the number of built-in functions and reducing the design options of the housing, an effective budget solution was obtained for regulating the performance of electric motors of engineering systems of buildings.
VLT HVAC Drive FC 102 is designed for use in HVAC systems, pumps or compressors. VLT AQUA Drive FC 202 provides the highest level of performance for AC motors used in water supply and sanitation. This frequency converter is distinguished by a wide range of powerful standardized functions, which can be supplemented by performance-enhancing additional devices, and is equally well suited for both new installations and modernization of existing installations.

VLT soft starters are used to temporarily reduce the load and torque by limiting the surge of electric current in the AC motor during start-up. This reduces both the mechanical and electrodynamic load, which increases the service life of the system.
The VLT MCD 100 is an extremely economical and compact soft starter that provides basic soft start and stop functions, and is also conveniently mounted on a DIN rail.
